We do not give or receive kickbacks (cash, material goods or services) to firms or litigating personnel involved in the Trial Industry of Delaware. That means anyone placing orders and receiving services from ACT I IMAGINGŪ gets exactly 2 things at the time of delivery: The goods ordered and the Invoice. No Carribean Vacation. No tickets to the Philadelphia Sixers. They get the job done to a superior, technical standard, written and executed with Engineering Skills.

One would have thought the use of ACT I IMAGINGŪ 's intellectual property, specifically developed for the requirements of this industry, would have been enough, but prevailing circumstance calls for this webpage and this explanation.

It has been a longstanding practice of many vendors in the litigation support industry to be forthcoming with cash, services and material goods to many firms for the purpose of obtaining business and maintaining those same firms as ongoing accounts. ACT I IMAGINGŪ does not now, nor has ever, engaged in or participated in concert with any other vendor, firm or personnel in these types of renumerative arrangements.

In an attempt to re-establish standards and perhaps even of re-defining the marketplace, while maintaining a faultless reputation, we are stating here and now that our policy is non-negotiable.
